We pride ourselves on providing faster turnaround times than many repair facilities, and our goal is to get your RV into the shop quickly and complete an initial diagnosis within approximately 48 hours, whenever possible.

That said, every repair is different. Unexpected issues, parts delays, insurance approvals, hidden damage, emergency repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect our schedule. While we work hard to stay on track, estimated timelines are not guarantees.

You’re always welcome to text us for an update on your unit. Please understand that there may be times when there simply isn’t new information to share. We believe in providing accurate updates rather than making promises we can’t keep.
